3. SMS Messaging Services

3.1 Consent to Receive SMS

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Smart Lead Forms, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages including but not limited to:

Account alerts and system notifications
Service updates and feature announcements
Transactional messages related to your account

3.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, form submissions, and notification settings. You may receive multiple messages per day during periods of high activity.

3.3 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier's plan. Smart Lead Forms is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

3.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

Reply STOP: Text "STOP" to any message to unsubscribe immediately
Dashboard Settings: Update your notification preferences in your account settings
Contact Us: Email us at the address provided on our contact page

After you send "STOP", we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To start receiving messages again, you must opt-in through your account settings.

3.6 TCPA Compliance

Smart Lead Forms complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable regulations. We will only send SMS messages to users who have provided express written consent through our opt-in process.
